15 Germs


15 soil-contaminating germs (Mathew 13:3, 1 Corinthians 3:9)

Germ #1: Ambition - wanting to be prominent and successful
Germ #2: Doing a separate work without being blended, mingled, adjusted and balanced
Germ #3: Competition and rivalry - not knowing that anyone by himself is incomplete
Germ #4: Suspicion and mistrust
Germ #5: Private circles with secret politics

Germ #6: Isolation and independence
Germ #7: Behaviors in natural realm, such as outburst of anger and natural love
Germ #8: Pretense and falsehood - manipulation to get what you want
Germ #9: The mixture of worldly things and organized religion
Germ #10: Promotion of soulish gifts and talents. "Come, I will make you a somebody."

Germ #11: Paying much attention to outward work, rather than the inner life.
Germ #12: Division - It is MY work! ignoring Christ as the Head and oneness in the Body.
Germ #13: Abusing "authority" - commanding, firing and hiring
Germ #14: Domination - territorial mind-set and hierarchy system
Germ #15: Regression - lowering truth and practice to please men
